MIXXX: Cookie Productions is a home bakery or "micro-bakery" (as the hip bakers are calling it) based in Long Beach, CA that started in October 2025. We specialize in cookie productions. Our primary focus is producing original cookie recipes of the best quality; as long as it involves cookies, we bake it.  What makes our cookies distinct from others is the illusion that our cookies look hard at first glance, but after biting into them..you experience a crispy exterior and a buttery-molten interior for the most delectable treat.

We wish we could give you this amazing story about how we've been in the culinary arts for decades trying to master this recipe but unfortunately...that's not us. 

MIXXX: Cookie Productions was actually made on a whim. The founder was  struggling to find a job and needed a way to make money. With little to no experience baking, an idea came to his mind after binge watching the entire series of The Bear (no, it wasn't trying to open a Michelin star restaurant). After feeling inspired by the main characters passion for food as well as his struggle to make something of himself given his difficult upbringing, our founder decided he was going to make cookies.  We know...what does that have to do with The Bear? Nothing, but that's what came to mind in our founders head. He's uh...special kinda guy.

He went all in: buying a Kitchen Aid Mixer off of Facebook Marketplace and bought all the ingredients to make cookies.  After numerous trials and errors and long nights in the kitchen, he got down the MIXXX cookie recipe a month later and started sharing his incomparable cookies with friends, family, and everyone else.
